Winter 2010 52 Day 2

So far so good. Getting my training in will be a challenge. I’ve got a pull-up bar which can also be used for doing pushups. My weak wrists need this kind of help – using the bar made the right muscles work for the pushups but my arms are weak so doing pullups was hard.

Went to the office today. Been snowed in this week – well I’m exaggerating but didn’t want to get stuck again on the roads.
