Decide to change my workout to a total body routine which should boost fat loss.
Treadmill: Started at 5kph, 1% elevation then increased by 1kph every 30 seconds for a total time of 4 minutes.
2 circuits, 15 reps of:
Pull-ups (machine with 45kg assistance); clean and press: 25kg; Dumbbell bench press: 2 x 20kg;
