My workout was a bit subdued today as I’m concerned that I’ve got the bulk without the benefits, i.e. strength and endurance.
10 minutes treadmill and dynamic stretches.
Dumbbell overhead lunges (each side) 2 x 10kg x 3 sets x 10 reps; Dumbbell squats 2 x 34kg x 3 sets x 10 reps; Dumbbell deadlifts 2 x 32kg x 3 sets x 10 reps; Calf machine 3 sets x 12 reps x 50kg; Leg extension machine (single leg, each) 3 sets x 10 reps x 25kg; Leg curl machine (single leg, each) 3 sets x 10 reps x 25kg
