What should my blood pressure be?

My blood pressure this morning was 135 / 74mmHg. High side of normal. My resting heart rate was 60. I’ll measure it again during the challenge.

i’ve read that anything over 120 is doing damage. i had high blood pressure, but have managed the stress in my life, lost some weight, and added a lot of red pepper to my diet. I was on the underside of 110 a couple months ago. Be curious as to where it is now…
