My weight isn’t moving down much but this morning my tummy looked flatter and there was a bit of abs definition, I think.
Food (in no particular order): Fat metaboliser tablet, protein shake, muffin, sausage, egg, white coffee, herbal teas x 2, hash brown, banana. Beef curry, wholemeal bread, vegetables.
Workout:
Dynamic stretches, Incline dumb-bell bench press 2 x 22kg, Decline smith machine bench press 50kg, Flyes 2 x 16kg, lying EZ-bar triceps extension 10kg, Dips, Bench dips, Flat dumb-bell bench press 2 x 26kg, one-arm triceps press down 10kg.
A fit man can bench press one and half times their body weight. For my target body weight that’s 115kg, which is more than twice what I’m doing now.
