202lbs had too much junk so have paid the price.
Meals: Sausages, kiwi fruit, herbal infusion, decaff coffee, curried pork belly; chicken wrapped in savoy cabbage, butterscotch pear; beer.
Had a great meal at my girlfriend’s house with two of her friends. No workouts today.
