Day 20 Another Chest and triceps workout

My weight isn’t moving down much but this morning my tummy looked flatter and there was a bit of abs definition, I think.
Food (in no particular order): Fat metaboliser tablet, protein shake, muffin, sausage, egg, white coffee, herbal teas x 2, hash brown, banana. Beef curry, wholemeal bread, vegetables.

Workout 1: 10 mins treadmill plus dynamic stretches; single arm overhead alternating Lunge 2 x 10kg, Leg curl machine 20kg per leg, Leg extension machine 20kg per leg, single arm Dead lift 40 kg, Dumb-bell squat using 2 x 28kg, Calf machine 45kg, Leg press 110kg; Static stretches
Workout 2: 5km on the treadmill.

Workout 1 = 45 mins spinning (HIIT)
Workout 2 = 28′15" on the treadmill @ 10.8kph

I’m feeling impatient for results. With a quarter of the current challenge gone although I feel better I’m not where I want to be with regard to my eating and my weight.
Br: 5g creatine, apple, orange, kiwi and plum; Lu: Chicken sandwiches, sweet potato crisps; Dn: Chicken stew, rice, carrots

202lbs had too much junk so have paid the price.
Meals: Sausages, kiwi fruit, herbal infusion, decaff coffee, curried pork belly; chicken wrapped in savoy cabbage, butterscotch pear; beer.
Had a great meal at my girlfriend’s house with two of her friends. No workouts today.
